General
The website www.mediawick.com (the
“Site”) is maintained and operated by
mediawick, Inc. (together with its
agents who assist in operating the
Site). You may not modify, transmit,
reuse, re-post, or prepare derivative
works based upon the Site, or perform or
display the materials contained on the
Site for public or commercial purposes,
including the text, images, audio and
video, without first obtaining the
written permission of mediawick, Inc.
Your access to and use of the Site is
subject to these Terms and Conditions
and all applicable laws. By accessing
and browsing the Site, you accept,
without limitation or qualification, the
Terms and Conditions. mediawick
reserves the right to terminate any
Account that is used in violation of
these Terms and Conditions.
You should assume that everything you
see or read on the Site is copyrighted
material unless otherwise noted, and may
not be used except as provided in these
Terms and Conditions or in the text on
the Site without the written permission
of mediawick. Mediawick neither
warrants nor represents that your use of
materials displayed on the Site will not
infringe rights of third parties not
owned by or affiliated with mediawick.
Use of Subscription Services.
To access the services available for
purchase on the Site (the “Subscription
Services”) you must set up an Account.
To do this you must complete and submit
the Registration/signup Form provided on
the Site. By so doing:
You confirm and warrant that all the
information supplied by you when you
register for the Subscription Services
is true, current, complete and accurate
in all respects.
You warrant that you are entitled to
receive e-mails at the e-mail address
which you provide to mediawick. You
agree that, on request by any employer
or institution, mediawick may cease,
without notification to you, sending
e-mails to your e-mail address which is
accessible through that employer's or
that institution's network.
Where you elect to purchase a
Subscription Service, you agree to
mediawick’s collection of the
subscription charges associated with the
Subscription Services you select (the
“Subscription Charges”), through Moneybookers ,Alertpay or your credit
(or debit) card account (submitted by
you to us) at the time of purchase of
the event package(s).
You agree to promptly update your
registration information through the
online editing facility provided, so
that your Registration Form remains
true, current, complete, and accurate.
If mediawick believes that you have
provided false information or failed to
notify mediawick of any changes
mediawick reserves the right to
terminate your access to the
Subscription Services immediately
without notice or refund, as applicable.
You acknowledge and agree that your
registration information and any other
personal data collected by mediawick
is subject to mediawick’s Privacy

You acknowledge that mediawick may
refuse any registration application at
its sole discretion.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that
mediawick may access, preserve, and
disclose your account information if
required to do so by law or in a good
faith belief that such access,
preservation, or disclosure is
reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with
legal process; (b) enforce the Terms and
Conditions; (c) respond to your requests
for customer service; or (d) protect the
rights, property or personal safety of
mediawick, its users and the public.
You acknowledge that mediawick
guarantee that your access to the Site
or the Subscription Services will be
uninterrupted or error-free, but
mediawick will correct reported
problems as soon as mediawick can
reasonably do so. If a problem occurs,
you should report the problem to
support@mediawick.com
You acknowledge that the Site and the
Subscription Services are accessed via a
telecommunications connection. You are
responsible for the provision of and
payment for telecommunications services
plus a suitable PC, modem and any other
items of hardware or communications
equipment necessary to enable you to
access the Site and the Subscription
Services. mediawick will not be
responsible, nor will mediawick issue
refunds to Subscription Charges, for
disruption, unavailability, or failure
in your telecommunications equipment or
services.
You agree that mediawick may
temporarily suspend access to the whole
or any part of the Site or to the
Subscription Services for any reason at
its sole discretion. mediawick may,
but shall not be obliged to, give you as
much notice of any interruption of
access to the Site or Subscription
Services as is reasonably practicable.
mediawick will restore access to the
Site and the Subscription Services as
soon as reasonably practicable after
temporary suspension. mediawick shall
not be liable to you for any loss that
you may incur as a result of such
suspension or delay.
You acknowledge that while mediawick
shall take all reasonable steps
necessary to ensure a high quality video
feed. mediawick cannot control
Internet network congestion that may
occur and affect the quality of the
delivered video. Mediawick is also not
responsible for any suspension of
service that may occur in the live video
feed that is received from the
television broadcaster.
You agree that mediawick shall be
under no liability whatsoever to you in
the event of non-availability of any
portion of the Site or Subscription
Services occasioned by Act of God, war,
disease, revolution, riot, civil
commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire,
satellite failure, failure of any public
utility, undertaking or any other cause
whatsoever beyond the control of
mediawick.
You agree that in order to access and
use the Subscription Services you will
choose a unique user ID and password
(the "Password"). You are responsible
for the security and proper use of your
user ID and Password and must take all
necessary steps to ensure that they are
kept confidential, used properly, and
not disclosed to unauthorized people.
You acknowledge and agree that you will
inform mediawick immediately if you
have any reason to believe that any
Password has become known to someone not
authorized to use it or if any Password
is being or is likely to be used in an
unauthorized way. If mediawick have
reason to believe that there is likely
to be a breach of security or misuse of
the Subscription Services, mediawick
may change any or all of your Passwords
immediately and will notify you
accordingly.
You acknowledge that, in the event you
forget your user ID or Password, you may
obtain a new Password enabling access to
the Subscription Services by contacting
support@mediawick and satisfying
the security checks mediawick
operates.
You agree that each registration is
valid for a single individual user only,
and you are prohibited from sharing your
Password with third parties. You are
responsible for ensuring that no
unauthorized access is obtained to the
Subscription Services through your
Account. You will be entirely liable for
all activities conducted and charges
incurred through your Account, whether
authorized by you or not.
Changes to Subscription Services
mediawick reserves the unrestricted
right to change, rearrange, add or
delete our Subscription Services
offerings, the selections in those
offerings, our prices, and any other
service we offer, at any time. We will
endeavor to notify Subscribers to the
Site of any such change that is within
our reasonable control and its effective
date. You have the right to cancel your
Subscription Service if you do not
accept the change, by notifying us at
support@mediawick.com
or not, and mediawick
will apply the appropriate credits, if
any, to your account. If you do not
cancel, your continued receipt of our
Subscription Services will constitute
acceptance of any and all such changes,
No Refund will be provided in these
case.
Disclaimer of Warranties
mediawick makes no warranties or
representations as to the accuracy of
any content on the Site, and assumes no
liability or responsibility for any
errors or omissions in the content of
the Site.
Your use of and browsing in the Site are
at your risk. Neither mediawick nor
any other party involved in creating,
producing, or delivering the Site is
liable for any direct, incidental,
consequential, indirect, or punitive
damages arising out of your access to,
or use of, the Site. Without limiting
the foregoing, everything on the Site is
provided to you "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Please note that some jurisdictions may
not allow the exclusion of implied
warranties, so some of the above
exclusions may not apply to you. Any
such exclusion shall be deemed severable
from the other terms in this Disclaimer,
and all other terms shall be given full
force and effect. Check your local laws
for any restrictions or limitations
regarding the exclusion of implied
warranties. mediawick also assumes no
responsibility, and shall not be liable
for, any damages to your computer
equipment or other property on account
of your access to, use of, or browsing
in the Site or your downloading of any
materials, data, text, images, video, or
audio from the Site.
mediawick has not reviewed all of the
sites linked to the Site and is not
responsible for the content of any
off-site pages or any other sites linked
to the Site. Your linking to any other
off-site pages or other sites is at your
own risk. Mediawick is not responsible
for the availability of such external
sites or resources, and does not endorse
and is not responsible or liable for any
content, advertising, products, or other
materials on or available from such
sites or resources.
No Unauthorized Use
All club ,Teams, Tournaments and channel
names as well as all logos are the
property of their respective owners The
use of these images by you, or anyone
else authorized by you, is prohibited
unless specifically permitted by these
Terms and Conditions or specific
permission provided elsewhere on the
Site. Any unauthorized use of the images
may violate copyright laws, trademark
laws, the laws of privacy and publicity,
and communications regulations and
statutes.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks
(collectively, the "Trademarks")
displayed on the Site are registered and
unregistered Trademarks of mediawick
and others. Nothing contained on the
Site should be construed as granting, by
implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any
license or right to use any Trademark
displayed on the Site without the
written permission of mediawick or
such third party that may own the
Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your
misuse of the Trademarks displayed on
the Site, or any other content on the
Site, except as provided in these Terms
and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.
You are also advised that mediawick
will aggressively enforce its
intellectual property rights to the
fullest extent of the law, including the
seeking of criminal prosecution.
No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate,
copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for
any commercial purposes, any portion of
the Site or any use or access of the
Subscription Services.
Choice of Law
The relationship between you and
mediawick shall be governed by the
laws of the State of China without
regard to its conflict of law
provisions, with the exception of the
dispute resolution procedures below
which will be governed by the Federal
Arbitration Act.
Revisions
mediawick may at any time revise these
Terms and Conditions by updating this
posting. You are bound by any such
revisions and should therefore
periodically visit this page to review
the then current Terms and Conditions to
which you are bound.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and
Conditions is held invalid, void, or
unenforceable, then that provision shall
be considered severable from the
remaining provisions, and the remaining
provisions given full force and effect.
Integrated Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute
the entire agreement between you and
mediawick governing your use of the
Site and Subscription Services,
superceding any prior agreements between
you and mediawick regarding such use.
You may also be subject to additional
terms and conditions that may apply when
you use or purchase other mediawick
services.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using the Site, you signify your
agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and
Conditions, you must not use the Site.
mediawick may change the Terms and
Conditions at any time, and your use of
the Site after such changes are posted
will mean that you accept them.
